Migren ve Vertigo
Özet
Migren ve vertigo bir arada çok sık olarak görülmektedir. Her bir duruma ait özelliklerin değerlendirilmesi özellikle çocuk yaş grubunda her zaman kolay olmamaktadır. Migren ilişkili vertigo için eski yıllarda farklı terminojiler kullanılmıştır. Güncel olarak Uluslarası Baş Ağrısı Derneği ve Barany Topluluğu tarafından vestibüler migren tanımı önerilmiş ve tanı kriterleri yayınlanmıştır. Klinik uygulamada özellikle baş ağrısı olmayan ve baş dönmesi nedeniyle başvurarak vestibüler testlerin normal olduğu hastalarda tanıda zorluk en fazladır. Migren ağrısı olan çocuklarda vertigo ile ilişkili semptomlar çok sık olduğu için yeni Uluslarası Baş Ağrısı Sınıflamasına dahil edilmesi önerilmektedir.
