Özet
Uluslarası Baş Ağrısı Sınıflamasında ikincil baş ağrıları altında sınıflanan bu başlık altında kafatası, boyun, gözler, kulaklar, burun, sinüsler, dişler, ağız veya diğer yüz veya boyun yapılarının bozukluğuna bağlanan baş ağrısı veya yüz ağrısı yer almaktadır. Bazı durumlarda hem birincil baş ağrısı hem de bu bölümde tanımlanan ikincil baş ağrısı nedenleri bir arada olabilir. Bu nedenle tanı kriterleri çok dikkatli değerlendirilmeli, baş ağrısının bu durumlar ile yakın zaman ilişkisi içinde olup olmadığı, altta yattığı düşünülen durum tedavi edildikten sonra baş ağrının geçip geçmediği değerlendirilmelidir. Temporomandibüler eklem ve diş muayenesi çocuklarda unutulmamalıdır. Özellikle kronik sinüzit, ve gözde kırma kusurları gibi sık görülen durumlarda baş ağrısının sadece bu bozukluklar ile ilişkili olup olmadığı konusunda dikkatli olunmalıdır.
