Özet
Kronik günlük baş ağrısı Uluslarası Baş Ağrısı Sınıflamasında bir üst başlık olarak yer almamaktadır. Kronik migren, kronik gerilim tipi baş ağrısı, yeni günlük ısrarlı baş ağrısı ve hemikrani kontinua olarak birincil baş ağrıları bölümünde kendi grubunun altında sınıflanmaktadır. Kronik migren ergenlik çağında, yeni günlük ısrarlı baş ağrısı çocukluk ve ergenlik çağında sık görülmektedir. Kronik günlük baş ağrıları tedaviye oldukça dirençli ve eş hastalık riski yüksek olduğundan izlemde multidisipliner yaklaşım, ilaç ve ilaç dışı tedaviler, çocuk ve aile ile iletişim önemlidir.
