Özet
Erken evre meme kanserinde tedavi sonrası takip, yalnızca nükslerin erken saptanmasını değil, aynı zamanda hastaların fiziksel, psikolojik ve sosyal iyilik halinin korunmasını da amaçlayan bütüncül bir süreçtir. Bu bölümde, meme kanseri izlemine ilişkin tarihsel gelişim, bilimsel dayanaklar ve uluslararası kılavuz önerileri (ESMO, NCCN, ASCO) ayrıntılı olarak ele alınmaktadır. Günümüzde takip stratejileri; yoğun ve standart testlerden, kişiselleştirilmiş, hasta merkezli yaklaşımlara evrilmiştir. Klinik muayene ve yıllık mamografi temel izlem araçları olup, asemptomatik hastalarda rutin laboratuvar testleri ve ileri görüntüleme önerilmemektedir. Bölümde ayrıca genç yaş, genetik yatkınlık, triple-negatif ve HER2 pozitif alt tipler gibi özel hasta gruplarında izlemin farklı yönleri tartışılmıştır. Yapay zekâ, dijital sağlık uygulamaları ve tele-tıp destekli bireyselleştirilmiş takip modellerinin gelecekteki rolü de vurgulanmaktadır.
