HER2-Pozitif Metastatik Meme Kanserinde Tedavi Yaklaşımı

Özet

Meme kanseri, dünyada kadınlarda en sık görülen malignite olup, kanser ilişkili ölümün önde gelen nedenidir. Teşhisi konulan hastaların %5’i tanı anında metastatiktir. Metastatik meme kanserinde yeni sistemik tedavilerle sağ kalımda anlamlı iyileşmeler görülmüştür. Mevcut tedavi seçenekleri, tümörün hormon reseptörü pozitif olup olmadığına (östrojen ve/veya progesteron reseptörü pozitif) ve insan epidermal büyüme faktörü reseptörü 2’nin (HER2) aşırı ifade edilip edilmediğine göre değişir. HER2 pozitif metastatik meme kanserinde tedavi yaklaşımı sistemik kemoterapi ile kombinasyon halinde HER2 hedefli tedavidir. HER2 hedefli tedavi altında progresyon görülen hastalarda ek bir tedavi ile HER2 yolağının baskılanmasına devam edilmelidir.
