Çocuk Cerrahisinde Teknolojik Destekli Hemşirelik Bakımı

Özet

Çocuk cerrahisinde teknolojik destekli hemşirelik bakımının önemini ele alan bu bölüm, cerrahi süreçlerin çocuklar için yarattığı fizyolojik ve psikososyal stresi azaltmada hemşirelerin rolünü vurgulamaktadır. Hemşirelik bakımı, geleneksel yöntemlerin ötesine geçerek giyilebilir sağlık teknolojileri, mobil izlem sistemleri, sanal gerçeklik (VR) ve yapay zekâ gibi yenilikçi araçlarla desteklenmelidir. Temel ilkeler arasında gelişimsel düzeye uygun bireyselleştirilmiş ve aile merkezli bakım ile güvenli, kanıta dayalı uygulamalar öne çıkmaktadır. Teknolojinin entegrasyonu; vital bulguların gerçek zamanlı takibi, ilaç uygulama hatalarının azaltılması (akıllı infüzyon pompaları) ve erken komplikasyon tespitinde hasta güvenliğini artırmaktadır. Özellikle sanal gerçeklik (VR), çocuklarda cerrahi öncesi anksiyete, korku ve ağrı yönetiminde geleneksel dikkat dağıtma yöntemlerinden daha etkili bir nonfarmakolojik müdahale olarak öne çıkmaktadır. Ayrıca elektronik kayıt sistemleri ve tele-tıp çözümleri, veri yönetimini kolaylaştırarak ekip temelli, bütüncül ve aile deneyimini iyileştiren bir bakım modelini desteklemektedir. Teknolojik gelişmelerin gelecekte daha güvenli, bireyselleştirilmiş ve aile merkezli perioperatif bakım modellerinin geliştirilmesine olanak tanıyacağı öngörülmektedir.
