İnfluenza
Özet
Sağlıklı çocuklar arasında, influenza, genellikle akut, kendini sınırlayan ve komplikasyonsuz bir hastalık olmasına rağmen nadiren de olsa ciddi morbidite ve mortalite yol açabilir. İnfluenza hastalığa bağlı çok fazla hastalık yüküne neden olur (örn. okul ve işe gidememe, artan ayakta tedavi ziyaretlerinin sıklığının artması) ve çocuklar hastalığın yayılmasına yönelik önemli faktörlerdir. Ek olarak belirli çocuk gruplarında ciddi veya komplike grip enfeksiyonu riski daha fazladır. Aşılama grip enfeksiyonu önlemenin en etkili yoludur.
