Tavuğun Yapısal Özellikleri, Tavuk Irkları ve Hibritler

Özet

Bu bölüm, tavuğun evrimi ve evcilleştirilme sürecini ele alarak, evcilleştirmenin temel unsurlarını, evcil tavuğun kökenini ve günümüzdeki tavuk ırklarının çeşitliliğini incelemektedir. Ardından, tavuğun biyolojik yapısı detaylandırılmakta; baş, tüy, kanat, deri ve ayak gibi dış yapı özellikleri ile iskelet, kas, sindirim, dolaşım, solunum, boşaltım, sinir, üreme ve salgı sistemleri gibi iç yapı unsurları açıklanmaktadır. Ayrıca, yumurtlama döngüsü hakkında temel bilgiler verilmektedir. Son olarak, tavuklarda biyoçeşitlilik ve sınıflandırma konusu ele alınarak Türkiye kökenli tavuk ırkları, popüler tavuk ırkları, gerçek cüce tavuklar, ticari hibritlerin köken aldığı ırklar, yumurtacı hibritler, etlik hibritler ve kombine verimli hibritler tanıtılmaktadır.
