Metabolik Hastalıklarda Nöropatiler
Özet
Metabolizma, enerji üretimi ve biyolojik süreçlerin sürdürülebilirliği için gerekli kimyasal reaksiyonların bütününü ifade eder. Metabolik bozukluklar; enerji üretimindeki aksaklıklar, biyomoleküler dengesizlikler ve toksik birikimler sebebiyle hücresel ve sistemik düzeyde ciddi hasarlara yol açabilir. Sinir sistemi, yüksek metabolik aktivitesi ve diğer sistemler üzerindeki düzenleyici rolü nedeniyle bu bozukluklara karşı özellikle savunmasızdır. Metabolik nöropatiler; duyusal, motor ve otonomik işlevlerde geniş bir klinik spektrumda disfonksiyonlarla kendini gösterebilir.
Nöropatik semptomların dikkatli değerlendirilmesi, altta yatan metabolik hastalıkların erken tanısını ve etkili tedavi stratejilerinin belirlenmesini mümkün kılarak, hastaların yaşam kalitesini önemli ölçüde artırır.
