İnme Merkezi Neden Gerekli? Güncel Durum ve Sorunlar
Özet
Bu bölümde, inme merkezlerinin Türkiye Cumhuriyeti ve dünya genelinde yapılanmaları ve bu merkezlere transfer planlamalarının güncel tanı ve tedavi uygulama oranlarına etkisi incelenmiştir. Bu güncel tedavilerin inme sonrası kalıcı fonksiyon kaybı ve mortalite üzerindeki etkisi vurgulanmakla beraber, zaman bağımlı tedavi yöntemleri olması sebebiyle ‘uygun ve hızlı’ inme merkezlerine ulaşım stratejilerinin önemi vurgulanmıştır. Her geçen gün geliştirilen yeni stratejilere rağmen, dünya genelinde, tedaviye erişimde halen hem coğrafi hem de ekonomik engellerin olduğu göz ardı edilemeyecek bir gerçektir. Bu engelleri aşmak için literatürde özellikle halk bilincinin artırılması ile beraber tele-tıp uygulamaları ve mobil inme ünitelerinin kullanılması gibi yenilikçi yaklaşımlar da yer almaktadır.
