Serebrovasküler Olaylarda Anjiografi İlkeleri: Tanısal ve Terapötik İpuçları

Özet

Serebrovasküler olay hızlı tanı konulması ve tedavi edilmesi gereken mortalite ve morbiditeye etkisi yüksek olan medikal acil bir durumdur. Nöronal görüntüleme yöntemleri günümüzde Serebrovasküler olay geçiren hastaların ciddiyetine göre sınıflandırılmasında ve tedavi seçeneklerinin değerlendirilmesinde etkin rol oynamaktadır. Bu yöntemler hem tanı hem de tedavi olanağı sağladığından sıklıkla kullanılmaktadır. Bilgisayarlı Tomografi Anjiografi ve Digital Subtraction Anjiografi kullanılan başlıca yöntemlerdir.
