Karotis Arter Hastalıklarında Cerrahi Yaklaşım

Özet

Karotis arter hastalıkları, özellikle inme riski açısından önemli bir sağlık sorunu oluşturmakta ve bu nedenle etkili tedavi yöntemlerinin belirlenmesi büyük bir önem taşımaktadır. Cerrahi tekniklerde karotis arter endarterektomisi, karotis arter stentleme, transkarotid arter revaskülarizasyonu gibi yöntemler bulunmaktadır. Karotis endarterektomisi, aterosklerotik plakların cerrahi olarak çıkarılmasını sağlayarak inme riskinin azaltılmasını hedeflerken, karotis arter stentleme minimal invaziv bir yaklaşım sunarak daralmış karotis arterine stent yerleştirir. Transkarotid arter revaskülarizasyonu, doğrudan karotis arterine erişim sağlayarak gerekli revaskülarizasyon işlemlerini gerçekleştirir. Hibrid cerrahi, açık ve endovasküler cerrahinin birleştirildiği bir yöntem olarak karmaşık vakalarda daha iyi sonuçlar elde etmeyi amaçlar.
