Nörolojik Hastalıklarda Psikiyatri Yaklaşımı
Özet
Nörolojik hastalıklar, bireylerin fiziksel, bilişsel ve duygusal sağlığını etkileyen karmaşık bozukluklardır. Parkinson hastalığı, Alzheimer hastalığı, multiple skleroz ve epilepsi gibi durumlar önemli psikiyatrik sorunlar ortaya çıkarabilir. Parkinson hastalarının %40-50’si depresyon geliştirirken, Alzheimer hastalarında depresyon, anksiyete ve halüsinasyonlar sıklıkla görülmektedir. Serebrovasküler hastalık geçiren bireylerde depresyon oranları %25-30 arasında değişirken, multiple skleroz hastalarında anksiyete yaygındır. Psikiyatrik semptomların yönetimi ilaç tedavisi ve psikoterapi ile sağlanırken, multidisipliner bir yaklaşım hastaların yaşam kalitesini artırmada kritik öneme sahiptir.
