Enteral Nutrisyonun Nadir Bir Komplikasyonu: Özefagus Bezoarı
Özet
Serebral enfarkt tanısı ile nöroendovasküler tedavi uygulanan 65 yaş bayan hasta işlem sonrası entübe halde yoğun bakıma (YB) kabul edildi. Enteral nutrisyon amaçlı 16 Fr nazogastrik (NG) tüp yerleştirildi ve YB’ye kabülünden sonraki 24 saat içinde enteral nutrisyon (Glucerna® Select-Abott Nutrition) başlandı. Enteral nutrisyonun 15. gününde NG tüpün tıkalı olduğu tespit edildi ve değişim planlanıldı. Tekrarlayan denemelere rağmen NG tüp yeniden yerleştirilemedi. Genel cerrah tarafından yapılan özofagoskopide tüm lümeni dolduran bezoar tespit edildi. Serum fizyolojik ve maden suyu ile yıkama ve mideye ittirme uygulandı. Endoskopla mideye feeding tüp yeniden yerleştirilerek işlem sonlandırıldı.
