Akut Kolşisin İntoksikasyonu: 2 Olgu Sunumu
Özet
Kolşisin intoksikasyonu; multisistemik etkiler göstererek, morbidite ve mortaliteye sebep olabilmektedir. Biz de bu yazımızda, akut kolşisin intoksikasyonu nedeniyle yoğun bakım ünitesinde takip ve tedavi ettiğimiz ve sonrasında sorunsuz bir şekilde servise devrettiğimiz 2 olguya yaklaşımımızı sunduk.
Colchicine intoxication may cause morbidity and mortality by showing multisystemic effects. In this article, we presented our approach to 2 patients who were followed up and treated in intensive care unit due to acute colchicine intoxication and then transferred to the service without any problem.
