Kapsayıcı Eğitim Ortamlarında İş Birliği: İnsan Kaynakları Yönetimi
Özet
Günümüzde her ne kadar bilim ve teknoloji alanında büyük gelişimler yaşanmasına karşın eğitim ortamlarında yeterli personel istihdamı ve iş birliğinin önemi büyüktür. Özellikle kapsayıcı eğitim ortamlarda akranlarına göre gelişim düzeyleri farklılık gösteren özel gereksinimli öğrenciler için eşit fırsatların sağlanmasında; öğretmenlerin, eğitim hizmetindeki diğer uzman ve personelin iş birliği daha büyük önem kazanmaktadır. Bu önemle birlikte çok disiplinli bir alan olan kapsayıcı eğitimde disiplinlerarası çalışmalar yapılması sayesinde özel gereksinimli öğrencilerin başarıları artmakta ve akranlarıyla birlikte eşit eğitim fırsatlarından yararlanabilmektedir. Dolayısıyla bu bölümde ilk önce kapsayıcı eğitim hizmetlerinde personel istihdamı roller ve sorumluluklar ile iş birliğinin önemi ve yönetimi hakkında genel bilgilere değinilirken sonrasında kapsayıcı eğitim ortamlarında, etkili iş birliğinde önemli görülen faktörler ve iş birliğinin etkililiğini artıracak temel ilkelere denilmektedir.
