This book addresses the understanding of safety and security in aviation management. It emphasizes the importance of safety and security issues for personnel working in the aviation industry. The book covers topics such as crew resource management, safety management systems, and incident and accident investigation. The author also highlights important job descriptions for personnel working in the aviation sector. The book emphasizes that while salaries in the aviation industry are high, aviation is a labor of love. It states that every individual working in the aviation sector carries the responsibility of safe and comfortable transportation. The author expresses that their father was the person who instilled a love for aviation in them.
