Güvencesiz İstihdam Koşullarında ‘Sabıkalı’ Yaşam

Rabia Kıvrak'ın \"Güvencesiz İstihdam Koşullarında 'Sabıkalı' Yaşam\" adlı kitabı, güvencesiz istihdam koşullarında yaşayan insanların deneyimlerini incelemektedir. Kitap, Pamukkale Üniversitesi'nde yapılan bir yüksek lisans tezinin sonucu olarak ortaya çıkmıştır. Yazar, bu çalışmasında, denetimli serbestlik hizmetleri kapsamında kamuya yararlı bir işte çalıştırma yaptırımının sosyo-ekonomik açıdan incelenmesine odaklanmaktadır. Kitap, suç olgusunu ve sosyolojik suç teorilerini ele alarak, güvencesiz istihdamın suça etkisini analiz etmektedir. Ayrıca, kitapta güvencesiz istihdamın sosyal ve ekonomik risklerini değerlendiren indeksler ve araştırma tasarımı da yer almaktadır. Bu çalışma, güvencesiz istihdamın sosyal sonuçlarına ve suçla ilişkisine dair önemli bir katkı sunmaktadır.

Rabia Kıvrak's book \"Living with a Criminal Record in Insecure Employment Conditions\" examines the experiences of individuals living in insecure employment conditions. The book is the result of a master's thesis conducted at Pamukkale University. In this work, the author focuses on the socio-economic analysis of the sanction of working in a socially beneficial job under supervised probation services. The book analyzes the impact of insecure employment on crime by discussing the concept of crime and sociological crime theories. Additionally, the book includes indexes and research design evaluating the social and economic risks of insecure employment. This study provides a significant contribution to understanding the social consequences and relationship between insecure employment and crime.
