Fıkıh İlminde Cedel Yönteminin Kullanımı (Ebû İshâk eş-Şîrâzî Örneği)

Bu kitap, fıkıh ilminde cedel yönteminin kullanımını incelemektedir. Cedel, bir konu üzerinde kendi görüşünün doğruluğunu ve karşı tarafın görüşünün yanlışlığını ortaya koymak için yapılan tartışmayı ifade eder. Bu çalışmada, cedel yönteminin fıkıh ilminde nasıl uygulandığı Ebû İshâk eş-Şîrâzî'nin eserleri üzerinden incelenmektedir. Cedel yönteminin fıkıh ilmine uygulanması, genel bir perspektif çizilerek tartışmanın nasıl işlediği anlatılmaktadır. İkinci bölümde, Şîrâzî'nin biyografisi ve şer'î deliller üzerindeki tartışma yöntemleri ele alınmaktadır. Üçüncü bölümde ise deliller üzerine nasıl itirazlar getirilebileceği örneklerle açıklanmaktadır. Bu çalışma, Türkiye'de henüz yeni olan bu alanda yapılan çalışmalara katkı sağlamayı amaçlamaktadır.

This book examines the use of the method of debate (cedel) in the field of Islamic jurisprudence (fiqh). Cedel refers to the argumentation used to demonstrate the correctness of one's own opinion and the incorrectness of the opposing party's opinion on a given topic. In this study, the application of the cedel method in the field of fiqh is examined through the works of Abu Ishaq al-Shirazi. The application of the cedel method in fiqh is discussed from a general perspective, explaining how the debate process works. The second section discusses Shirazi's biography and his methods of argumentation based on Islamic evidence. The third section explains how objections can be raised against evidence with examples. This study aims to contribute to the research conducted in this relatively new field in Turkey.
