Bu kitap, Doğu Anadolu Bölgesi il merkezlerinde beden eğitimi dersinin işlenebilirliği, beden eğitimi öğretmenlerinin sorunları ve bu sorunların öğrenci tutumları üzerine etkisini incelemektedir. Araştırmanın amacı, Doğu Anadolu Bölgesi'ndeki il merkezlerinde beden eğitimi dersinin nasıl işlendiğini ve beden eğitimi öğretmenlerinin karşılaştığı sorunları belirlemektir. Bu sorunların öğrenci tutumları üzerindeki etkisini de araştırmaktadır.
